| Elm City is proud to
announce our second shotgun golf scramble. The nine hole after work special
worked great last year so we are going again. All proceeds will be used to benefit the
Clyde York Social Center. The York Social Center is a program of Elm City
Center that provides a positive social and support system to people with a
disability. It is open seven days a week with structured activities that
help people remain independent in the Jacksonville community. |

- 4:00 pm with dinner available at 6:30pm.

The Elm City Center has been in
Jacksonville for over 40 years. We provide employment, residential services,
case management, and personal assistance to over 150 people on a daily
