The 4th Annual
Clyde York Social Center Golf Outing is coming on September 30, 2005 at
Northridge . The nine hole after work special
worked great last year so we are going again. There is a 12 team
limit for 48 total golfers. The York family is involved and will have
several teams there.
There are hole sponsors for $100 and teams are $120 or $30 a
player. Shirt sponsorships at $150 a spot with a special
package deal of hole and shirt sponsorship of $225.
All proceeds will be used to benefit the
Clyde York Social Center. The York Social Center is a program of Elm City
Center that provides a positive social and support system to people with a
disability. It is open seven days a week with structured activities that
help people remain independent in the Jacksonville community. |

Combination Hole and Shirt Sponsorships are available
for $225.

Hole sponsorships end with the event. Shirts can go on
a long time. There is an 8 name limit to the shirt so they can be read.

The Elm City Center has been in
Jacksonville for over 40 years. We provide employment, residential services,
case management, and personal assistance to over 150 people on a daily
