The Board is a significant part of our operation. It is consists of community volunteers who believe in what Elm City is about. They provide guidance and direction to Elm City to assure we are providing the services we say we stand for. We have been extremely fortunate to have a terrific group of people who are willing to become apart of what Elm City is about. We cannot thank them enough for their time, talent, and commitment.
