PRIVACY POLICIES
The policies listed below are
the privacy policies that Elm City follows for all consumer related
information specifically in regards to HIPAA. The State of Illinois often
has regulations that are more restrictive than HIPAA. All current
confidentially agreements will remain in effect. Elm City will reserve the
right to adjust it's privacy policies based on changes in the law and
contractual agreements.
