2006 SWOT RESULTS

A survey of consumers, stakeholders, Board, and staff as part of the 2006 SWOT Review. This review covered many groups. Over 100 forms were sent to various stakeholders. Consumer surveys were not sent since they are met with quarterly.  20 forms were completed. 85% thought Elm City rated as very good to good and 95% thought Elm City was at least OK. One staff person used the form to register several negative concerns. There was strong praise for ECC programs and effect it has for many people. There was significant concern about the future based on state funding priorities and production options.
