Services Available:
Residential services to adults who are deaf. Center's services are age
appropriate, consumer driven, provide maximum choice and integration into
the community, and offer opportunity for growth, development of new
skills, and independence. It operates an 8 bed Community Integrated Living
Arrangement (CILA) program for women and a 16 bed Intermediate Care
Facility for the Developmentally Disabled (ICF-DD) for men.
Geographic Area:
Jacksonville and surrounding area.
Population Served: Adults
who are deaf and/or have a communication disorder, and have additional
disabilities.
Eligibility Criteria:
Hearing and/or communication disorder plus a developmental disability.

services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
