Services Available: Assists
families with evaluations and assessments of child, age birth to three
years, to determine eligibility for Early Intervention services.
Geographic Area: Adams,
Brown, Calhoun, Cass, Greene, Jersey, Morgan, Pike, and Scott counties.
Population Served: Families
with children who are developmentally delayed.
Eligibility Criteria:
Eligibility is based on a 30% or greater delay in development or an
established medical condition with a known probability for developmental
delay.
Fees/Costs: No cost.
Hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Monday through Friday-Jacksonville Office
8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday-Quincy Office
