Services Available: Assists families with evaluations and assessments of child, age birth to three years, to determine eligibility for Early Intervention services.

Geographic Area: Adams, Brown, Calhoun, Cass, Greene, Jersey, Morgan, Pike, and Scott counties.

Population Served: Birth to three children with suspected delays such as: difficulty with movement, speaking clearly, understanding language, behavior difficulties. Children having a condition such as vision or hearing loss, cerebral palsy, down syndrome, seizures, low birth weight, spina bifida, etc.

Eligibility Criteria: Eligibility is based on a 30% or greater delay in development or an established medical condition with a known probability for developmental delay.

Fees/Costs: Free screening and assessments. Cost of services by licensed professionals is determined case by case.

Hours: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday Or leave a message on voice mail.

Other: Early intervention services include one or more of the following: Service coordination, parent liaison, developmental therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, nutrition, audiology, assistive technology, psychological, social work, vision, medical, nursing health, and transportation.
