Services Available:
Information and referral, peer counseling, independent living skills
training, individual and systems advocacy, training for personal
assistants and the people who employ them, disability awareness training,
and accessibility consultation. Services to youth and their families;
assistance for people with disabilities who are under 60 years old and
wish o move out of a nursing home (community reintegration); free adaptive
equipment and training for people 55 and older with visual disabilities

Scott, Cass, and Mason Counties.

Population Served:
Individuals of any ages with any disability and the communities in which
they live. (i.e., we provide services to businesses on disability issues,
access surveys, disability awareness training, etc.)
Eligibility Criteria: Must
be a resident of one of the four counties, any age, and any disability.
The desire for information makes one eligible for consultation, training,
information, and referral, whether or not the individual has a disability.

Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or by appointment.
