Services Available: The
purpose of the Commission shall include, but not be limited to: (1)

understanding between people; (3) Encourage and facilitate wise
adjustments to social problems and opportunities; (4) Study nature and
causes for prejudices and make recommendations for improvement; and (5)
Provide for mediation through conferences and conciliation.
