legal advice and representation to qualifying low-income individuals in
certain types of civil cases, such as Public Benefits, Social Security,
Housing, Family/Divorce, etc.
Geographic Area: Madison,
Bond, Calhoun, Macoupin, Jersey, Greene, and Montgomery Counties.

Low-income individuals.
Eligibility Criteria:
Individuals must have a gross household income at or below federal poverty
guidelines (up to 200% of poverty incertain types of cases), must be a U.S. citizen or lawful resident alien, and
meritorious legal claim or defense.
Fees/Costs: None.
Hours: Monday through
Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., closed between 12 noon and
1 p.m.
