Services Available:
Environmental Services (water testing, septic inspections, and restaurant
inspections), Communicable Disease, Immunization Services, Lead Screening,
Special Supplemental Nutrition for Women, Infants, and Children, (W.I.C.),
Family Case Management Services, Family Planning Clinic Services, Child
Health Services, Well Child Clinics, Day Care and School Physicals, Vision
and Hearing Screenings, Certified Food Service Sanitation Course, Birth
and Death Certificates, and Free STD and HIV testing.
Geographic Area: Priority
population: Morgan County Residents. Agency programs with the exception of
Environmental, Communicable Disease, and Family Case Management services
will serve residents of other counties.
Eligibility Criteria:
Eligibility requirements may be program specific. Information related to
eligibility requirements can be obtained by phoning the agency.
Fees/Costs: Cost depends on
the service provided.
Hours: Monday through
Friday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Extended hours from 4
p.m. to 6 p.m. most Mondays. Closed all legal holidays.
