Individuals must be low-income, elderly, handicapped/disabled, or single.
Public Housing: must be able to have power/water in tenants name, good
landlord references, no criminal history/felony, drugs, violence, etc.
Section 8 Housing: no criminal history/felony drugs, violence, etc. and
good land lord references
Fees/Costs: Fees based on
income of family.
Hours: Monday through
Friday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
