Provides comprehensive medical, pharmaceutical, and dental services to
those that are eligible.
Geographic Area: Morgan and
Scott Counties.
Population Served:
Residents of Morgan and Scott Counties and their families.
Eligibility Criteria: Must
be working, uninsured, low-income, and a resident of Morgan and Scott
Counties. Individuals cannot have insurance, Medicaid or Medicare, and
they must be employed.
Fees/Costs: We charge $5
pervisit, but services will not be denied if unable to
provide.
Hours: Mondays, 6 p.m. to 9
p.m. except for major holidays.
