Services Available:
Respite care, complex respiratory care (ventilator, bipap, c-pap, trach), hospice
care, head trauma, spinal cord injury, wound care, physical therapy,
occupational therapy, speech therapy. Registered nurses and licensed
practical nurses are available 24 hours a day. Medical directors are board
certified and are located locally. Two board certified pulmonologists over
see our exceptional care and respiratory patients. We own our own van to
bring people to the facility and from area hospitals and to take people to
their local appointments
Geographic Area:
The close proximity to Hwys 55 and 72 enable us to serve major medical
centers in St, Louis, Springfield, Decatur, and Champaign as well as our
local hospital Passavant.
Population Served:
Medicare and Medicaid recipients, VA veterans, people in need of hospice
or respite stay, people who need 24 hour care extended stay.
Eligibility Criteria:
Primary care physician admission order an OBRA screening from Department
of Ageing.
Fees/Costs:
Private pay, public assistance, Medicare, Medicaid, and several
insurance programs.
Hours:
Admissions are welcome 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Tours available
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm and by special arrangements.
