Population Served: All ages,
infants through adults.
Fees/Costs: Vary according to
the nature of the problem and type of service required. A sliding fee scale
is used. Insurance receipts are available; however, clients are responsible
for filing their own insurance claims. The Clinic is unable to provide
Medicaid or Medicare billing. No one denied services due to inability to
pay.
Hours: Semester basis,
including summer. Call for appointments Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to
4:30 p.m.
Other: Clinic operates Monday
through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. |
